Try BorrowBox online as libraries close due to coronavirus pandemic

All libraries in Sandwell are now closed due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Sandwell Libraries are putting in place a number of measures to support our customers:

• We have extended our loan period for books borrowed until 30 June 2020

• Customers can renew items up to 12 times. This can be done via our Online Services at www.sandwell.gov.uk/librariesonline

• We are providing instant access to BorrowBox – our free eBook and eAudiobooks service – for new customers who join online. Join online at www.sandwell.gov.uk/librariesonline

Customers will receive a temporary membership number, and an email alert which includes a link to create a PIN number. Customers can then sign up to BorrowBox and begin borrowing items immediately.

For anyone not online who needs to contact Sandwell Libraries urgently, please call 0121 569 4912.

Thank you to our customers for your understanding and support.
