Our free service aims to help improve the overall health and wellbeing of unpaid adult carers living in Sandwell and surrounding areas. Children that We Care For & Care Experienced Young People – Mental Health & Wellbeing Service

This is a service to support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people in care and care leavers aged 5-25 years. There are 3 pathways; The referral pathway is directly from social workers and service managers at Sandwell Children’s Trust
