This is a specialist dementia support service provided by Black Country Healthcare Foundation
Trust. Admiral Nurses work alongside people with dementia, their families and carers. We give
1-to-1 support, expert guidance and practical solutions people need and that can be hard to find
elsewhere. The specific of our role varies but focuses on case management, dealing with
complexity, partnership, working and offering support at critical points in a family’s experience
of dementia. Our service accepts referrals from the health and social care services.
