Gambling Support

Gambling can harm many areas of your life. It may be difficult to notice that there is even a problem. Here you can find support for you or a loved one.

Assess your Gambling Behaviour

Take a moment to assess your gambling behaviour with the following questionnaire:

  1. Have you bet more than you could afford?

  2. Have people criticized your betting or mentioned a gambling problem?

  3. Have you felt guilty about the way you gamble?

Score

0 for “never”

1 for “sometimes”

2 for “most of the time”

3 for “almost always”

If your total score is 4 or higher, you may be a problem gambler. Seek confidential support and advice from the resources mentioned above. Your journey to recovery begins with a step towards help.
