Our amaetur sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6pm – 7pm for beginners and 7pm – 8pm for our elite boxers.
Our beginner sessions are an introduction to boxing, learning boxing techniques, footwork and bad drills. Then, once you are ready, you can start using pads and sparring.
