The club deliver a range of athletics activities. For children aged 7+ there are fitness sessions, running, jumping and relay activities. For older ages, there are activities including long jump, high jump, shot put, discus, javelin, pole vault, sprints, middle distance running, training to run distances including 5k, 10k, half marathon and full marathons.
