Take-A-Break

Short breaks service for Carers, they can drop off their family member/friend/loved one for up to 2.5hrs to enable them to shop, attend and appointment, go for a meal or just have a rest whilst the person they care for is looked after, accesses activities and has the opportunity for social time.
