Circuit Boxing is the perfect workout to help improve your strength and stamina. Utilising traditional boxing training methods, this session will have you working up a sweat while learning the basics of boxing. The sessions are non-contact and it the ideal introduction to boxing.
No previous boxing experience needed – the session is suitable for all abilities.

Sessions are suitable for six years old and up. Please note that under twelves must be accompanied by an adult who is willing to participate.
