A fun lively yoga session for children aged 2+ years.
This free community session will include creative play and movement. Songs and stories will help to develop confidence and language development. We will end the session with simple breathwork and relaxation techniques to bring awareness to emotions and behaviour.
Children must wear suitable clothing and be accompanied by an adult at all times.
