Always wanted to try yoga but don’t know where to start?
This Adaptive Yoga for Beginners is suitable for those who have injuries, limitations, physical restrictions, or disabilities. Using chairs and props you will have the opportunity to learn the basics: exploring gentle movement, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Chairs, mats, and props will be provided, and you can remain seated for the whole practice if you wish.
