Join our weekly Wednesday gentle chair-based aerobics exercise at The Good Shepherd Church, Bromford Lane, West Bromwich, B70 7HP for older adults or any age with underlying health issues (e.g. Fibromyalgia, hip/knee replacement, Strokes, Parkinson’s, Arthritis, etc.) targeting balance, mobility and strength. Mixture of seated & standing exercise. You’ll soon notice a difference in your health & movement & make new friends. *Suitable for wheelchair access…. no floor work….
