Do you know or care for and support someone with Dementia?
We are offering a free support on a 1-2-1 basis within the home to help with an individuals needs including help with aids and adaptations, providing support and guidance, help to access clubs/ activities, home safety checks and much more.
We are also offering free help and advice for carers and family members to learn more about the help and support available, and to gain useful information about a variety of subjects e.g. benefits entitlements, power of attorney, healthy diet, healthy homes, disability badges and much more.
