Summer Holiday activities

Whatever you’re planning this summer holiday, six weeks can be a long time to keep the kids entertained.

That’s where we come in. We have activities to engage you as a family in and out of the home.

There are parks all over Sandwell as well as the eight Green Flag awarded parks for you to all enjoy. There are activities to engage everyone and you can find out more about them on the Sandwell Council website.

There’s free swimming for all children provided at Sandwell Leisure Trust facilities. Register now to get free access for your child.

Sandwell Leisure Trust are also offering School Holiday Camps. Make sure you book early to avoid disappointment as there are limited spaces.

The Albion Foundation are also offering a variety of sports activities throughout the summer holidays. These include sports for young people of all abilities so check out their calendar.

Go Play Sandwell is Sandwell Council’s play service. They offer free activities for children aged between 6 and 12 at different locations across Sandwell. They put all activity adverts on their Facebook page. If you don’t have Facebook, you can also find information on the Council website.

Sandwell Libraries have loads happening throughout the summer. They advertise all of their activities on the Discover Sandwell website. They work with children of all ages and even give access to the latest games consoles.

Not seen anything to interest you yet? Don’t worry because Sandwell museums are offering events for children to get involved in as well.
