A free, safe and anonymous online counselling and emotional well-being support service for Children and Young People aged 11-18 (25 for care leavers).
It is accessible through mobile, tablet or desktop and is free to use. You can chat to the friendly counsellors, read the online blog written by other young people and keep your own online journal. You can even find short profiles on the staff there so you can find out a bit about the person you’re talking to.
A drop in service supporting young people, their families, friends and carers. They provide help, support, advice and guidance to any young person between 5 and 18 years old (25 for care leavers) who has emotional or mental health issues.
Beam offers a relaxed service for anyone who needs help. If you’re not ready to talk when you arrive, that’s fine. You can just relax and chill out. They run a variety of fun activities to encourage young people to talk. This could be on a one-to-one basis or in a group, wherever you’re more comfortable.

DECCA is an alcohol, drug and tobacco service for young people. The team work with any young person under the age of 18 who lives in Sandwell. It could be that you need the services yourself or your life has been affected by one of these things.
DECCA offers a confidential service. As a result, in the majority of cases they do not need to tell anyone if you’re working with them. Their service includes stop smoking services and holistic therapies.

The SHAPE Programme offers events throughout the year for children and young people. As well as a summer festival, SHAPE has a youth forum.
