Here at Healthy Sandwell we understand that achieving and maintaining a healthy weight isn’t always easy. That’s why we have a range of support to help you achieve your goals.

  • Weigh2go Weigh2GO is a way for Sandwell residents to access a self-monitoring weight management programme to help them monitor their weight or lose weight.
  • WW (Wellness that Works formally known as Weight Watchers)- We can offer you a free 12-week educational weight management programme (with access to an app for a further 4 weeks).
  • Sandwell Healthier You–  This is a 12 week healthy weight programme combining healthy eating support and exercise that is tailored to you.

A good starting point to achieving a healthy weight is to know what your BMI is. BMI stands for Body Mass Index and is an indicator of how much body fat you have. Not sure what your BMI is? Weigh2GO is a way for Sandwell residents to access a self-monitoring weight system. This system has been updated to reflect use during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you run an organisation or group then you can also arrange to become a Weigh2GO partner.
