Agewell runs a number of weekly exercise sessions for the Over 60s and those with reduced mobility. Whether you’re looking to start getting active or increase your current level of activity, the 12 week programmes are tailored to your needs.
These group sessions will help to improve your strength and balance, make your heart stronger, improve your mobility and overall health whilst providing a safe, friendly environment where you can make new friends or catch up with old ones.
It’s all about working on your areas of need in a fun and informal environment.
Sessions last for 1-2 hours and are held at various community venues across Sandwell. Sessions have a chargeable fee.
