4CT Emotional Health & Well-being service works alongside schools and the community of
Sandwell offering wellbeing programmes to help improve and understand emotional and
physical health of children. We have and work with trained therapists offering Lego Therapy,
Creative Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Art Therapy, and Music Therapy and we also are offering
courses to parents on some of the more difficult aspects of parenting in regard to their child’s
emotional wellbeing. Our therapy aims to help heighten the children’s emotional awareness,
widen their emotional vocabulary and most importantly develop healthy coping mechanisms
when dealing with emotions.
Our services this year will be extended to also focus on children with SEND or children who are
homeschooled or on limited time schedules.
For our funded provision, the age range is 4-11 years old, where we work in primary school.
Private provision age range is primary school and high school aged.
