Peer Support Volunteers needed for Mama B.E.A.R.S Breastfeeding drop-in Mondays 12.30pm – 2.30pm.
The Breastfeeding Network (BfN) is committed to helping increase breastfeeding rates and has been involved in running Peer Support Programmes for a number of years.
We have experience of implementing these programmes in various settings. We have a proven track record of increasing breastfeeding rates, particularly in communities with a low uptake of breastfeeding rates and high drop off rates.
To become a peer volunteer you need to have breastfed yourself.
