Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
The sessions include gentle yoga for your baby so you can practice together. Music and rhymes throughout the class creates a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, gentle exercise can be helpful.
Just be sure you have had your six/eight week check from your GP before starting.
